This past weekend I tried out a new Cinnamon Roll recipe from a library book, "Peter Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads - New Techniques, Extraordinary Flavor".
The dough was a lot of fun to work with and the rolls turned out delicious!
Ana, my sister and the main food photographer in our family,
took these photos of the rolls before I set them to rise.

Baked and ready to eat!
The thing that got me interested in making these rolls, other than liking cinnamon rolls in general, was because of the way the dough is made. Most of the flour is soaked before mixing up the final dough! So the dough should be more digestible and is made with all whole wheat flour, so it is quite wholesome......except for the sugar! :)
