A Wonderful Trip and a Glorious Wedding!

The Lord enabled our whole family to go out west in July to a friend's wedding!

It was a treat to drive through states we had never seen before in person!
The picture above is of the Badlands in western North Dakota!


Seeing the Rocky Mountains for the first time was definitely a highlight of our trek out west! Wow! They are SO grand!




Friday afternoon we arrived at our hotel in WA and after a little bit went for a walk. The wind was cold!

In the evening we went to the Dessert Social and English Country dance.

This was the first time we had ever done English Country Dancing and what fun it was! It was a nice way to keep warm in the cold Washington evenings. :)


The Pacific Ocean! This is the first time we girls had seen the Pacific!

It was a cold but wonderful Saturday morning outing!
