This past Saturday Alyssa and I went to church for a Lefse making get-together.

Mrs. R. (on the left) was the main instructor! She and a few others had made the dough the night before. They made a lot of dough! So all we had to do Saturday morning was work some more flour into the dough if it needed it and then roll it out. Some of the ladies used the traditional cloth covered boards and rolling pin to roll out the lefse and others just rolled it out on the counter. I think the cloth covered boards work the best.
